Object of the Game:

Place shapes onto your tickets to scratch them for points. The highest score after ten rounds wins.

Let’s Begin:

Select Play Game from the Main Menu. Next choose if you want to start game or join a game. Select Start a Game to host a new game. Select Join a Game to see what games are available and select one to join. Selecting Quick Match will find an available game for you. If you start a game and can play online over Xbox LIVE, you will be asked how many players can play at your game.

The Slot Machine:

At the beginning of each round the Slot Machine spins. Every player will have the same shapes to place. To place a shape you must match the shape and the color. The striped shape is wild and can be placed as any color of that shape. The slot spin shown above shows two wilds, a wild circle and a wild triangle. The Wild Circle can be placed as a circle of any color. The red triangle can be placed only on a red triangle.

You can select a shape to place by using the directional pad or any trigger or bumper.

Placing Shapes:

Each Ticket needs from three to five shapes. Press the Left Thumbstick to select a ticket. When a Ticket is selected press the A button to place the shape. The reel will now gray out to show it is no longer available. When all the shapes are matched on a ticket, it will flip over to be scratched. Press A to start scratching. On certain rounds, random tickets will have a multiplier. If you scratch the ticket you receive a bonus. The Ticket above will pay out double.

Tickets:

There are two kinds of tickets, normal and special.

Normal Tickets:

Normal tickets come in three types. The amount you can win is higher if the card requires more shapes. Five shape cards pay higher amounts than three shape cards.

Special Tickets:

Special Tickets always have a choice of three round scratch spots. Scratch one. Some special tickets share the points with another player. Some give points to another player. The magic card marks shapes.

Race Tickets:

The middle ticket is the always a race ticket. The first player to fill it wins the race and receives 500 times the multiplier. All other players receive 50 times the amount of shapes they have placed.

Scoring:

Each shape you place earns you 5 points. Placing all five shapes in a round earns you a 50 point bonus.

Scratching Tickets earns you what you won on the ticket. The Magic Card has a 250 point bonus.

Ranks:

There are 100 ranks in the game. You receive Rank Points throughout the game. Each new Rank requires a certain amount of Rank Points.

You receive 1 rank point for each Wild placed. 2 for each colored shape placed. 5 for placing all shapes in a round. You also receive rank points for filling a ticket and winning an online game.

Awards:

You can earn in game awards by fulfilling certain requirements.

Exiting the Game:

Press Back on your controller to quit playing and return to the Title Screen.

Tips:

Choose carefully when placing your shapes. The Race Ticket is usually worth the most so try to fill it before anyone else.
Tickets are worth more when marked with 2x or 3x, try leaving the ticket unscratched until it is marked as such.
When you have the choice of filling a regular card or a sharing card, choose the regular card as you may end up helping someone else.
